This week features many recipes from well known paleo books including: OMG That’s Paleo?, Against All Grain, Slim Palate Cookbook, Well Fed, Well Fed 2, NomNomPaleo Cookbook, The Ancestral Table, and Beyond Bacon. As well as another with a some modifications: Smoke and Pickles. However all recipes are linked via the authors original sites and my own are written up as well (or will be before the day). With a freezer packed full of meat that was bought discount I am planning around that this week (ok for the forseeable future until I can defrost the freezer!) Some of the items you will have, some can be bought (eg. mayo) but as I am on my school break this week I will be spending some more of the time in the kitchen testing things out. Just use my planning so you don’t fall at the first hurdle!
